Why Solid Chemicals?

Solid chemicals, coupled with appropriate feeding systems, present compact, lightweight alternatives that improve safety during handling, particularly in challenging locations such as cellars, areas with restricted access, or upper floors of buildings. Manual transport of products across plant room floors can be arduous, especially amidst pipework, pumps, softeners, and brine tanks that may dominate the floor space. In scenarios where pump-over procedures are hindered by narrow access or there is minimal chemical usage, dedicated solid feeders offer an effective solution. Beyond alleviating the strain of manual handling, switching to solid chemicals can significantly reduce waste and the presence of empty drums on-site.

At WTP, we provide a diverse selection of solid products, encompassing biocides, boiler treatments, closed system inhibitors, and cooling tower inhibitors. Check out our solid products guide for more details!
