Using our in-house testing rig, we recently tested the effectiveness of our WTP CL27 DRE on scale deposits from a customer’s closed-loop system. The results were impressive: with just 1% system volume of our descaling solution, WTP CL27 DRE successfully dissolved the scale buildup over a 24-hour period, exposing the base metal beneath.
This kind of efficiency not only restores heat transfer performance but also helps to extend the lifespan of system components by preventing corrosion and further buildup. In systems where heat transfer and energy efficiency are critical, maintaining clean surfaces with effective descaling is essential.
