Frequently Asked Questions

Here are a few of our most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer you are looking for get in touch by clicking here

  • In 2023, we re-used over 15,000 drums, ~50% more than the previous year. Our aim for 2024 is to increase the number of drums we re-use.

  • All the drums collected by us are pressure washed internally and inspected for obvious damage, such as punctures. A percentage of these washed drums are pressure tested to ensure they can be used for classified products again. Re-used drums are also marked and recycled on a set number of times before going to be chipped, as would any drum that fails the initial inspections.
